Valsave’s considerable expertise, gained over the last 22 years, includes dosing of a huge variety of chemicals in numerous applications such as:

This experience gives us the ability to design out problems associated with many hard-to-apply chemicals and takes the headache out of the design process.
Systems vary from a simple, standard modular manual design to fully integrated PLC controlled systems which can interface with local SCADA systems or are web-enabled to give remote monitoring and control. Materials of construction vary from stainless steel to UPVC, CPVC, PVDF and Polypropylene etc.
These can be supplied only for installation by site or installed and commissioned on site as a full turnkey system by our fully experienced engineers who are trained to work with hazardous chemicals and applications.
Over the past 22 years, continuous development of our equipment has involved close co-operation with equipment manufacturers to help us keep abreast of cutting edge developments in technology and to incorporate this into our design to enable us to develop equipment with cutting edge design features.
