Polymer Feeders
Valsave offers a choice of four different skid mounted polymer dosing systems that are each designed for high accuracy and consistency. In each system, neat polymer is injected directly into a stream of water for mixing inside a hydrokinetic mixing tee. Inside the tee, the polymer and water are mixed by turbulence caused by a mixing block. This process ensures efficient dispersion and hydration of the polymer.
VES 10
Our most basic system, offering continuous manual online operation. Solution strength adjustment provides flow between 0.1% and 1.5% of polymer.
VES 20
Incorporating integrated control and water flow monitoring, along with alarm output and automatic remote operation, the VES 20 provides manual solution strength via diaphragm-dosing pump.
VES 25
The VES 25 offers the features of the VES 20, with the addition of stainless steel pipework and a cavity polymer pump.
VES 60
Our finest system. The VES 60 offers fully-automated online operation along with automatic solution strength and constant monitoring. It is inverter controlled with full remote adjustment. All pipework is stainless steel.
