Latest Valsave Success in Food Manufacturing Sector

One of Valsave’s international customers was looking for a solution to remove starch from the effluent output of their food manufacturing facility.

Key to the project, in addition to the creation of a cleaner, more environmentally compliant effluent output, was the opportunity to create a new revenue stream from starch recovered from the manufacturing process. Valsave advised the client on the technology options available, including the use of a centrifuge.

Using the recommended skid mounted centrifuge and screening system, Valsave have successfully supported the customers efforts and, as the picture here shows, have been able to produce a saleable quality starch output that represents both a top and bottom line performance improvement for the customer – a true win-win!
